When I first learned of a life coach, it struck me that that is who I am at the core of my being. It was an epiphany, such a natural fit for who I am, what I believe, what I want for the world. As part of the fabric of my being, I believe it is essential that everyone who has ever had a desire to live a fulfilling, glorious life as unique as they are deserves the opportunity and assistance to achieve it. No matter if your interest is personal or professional, it is ALL your life…this life. Everyone is deserving of immeasurable happiness and should realize it is attainable. I believe the purpose of my life is to assist as many interested people, as is possible, to discover that which fills their soul and assist them with living their life from this magnificent place.

Like my clients, I have my own tree of life. Important branches include: my love of cooking, especially with herbs from my garden; my fascination and excitement over technology; my passion for volleyball; a commitment to life-long learning; the desire to connect one-on-one with people; and spending quality time with my large family that spans the U.S. from New England to Hawaii. I currently live with my husband in Massachusetts.

I am a certified Co-Active Life Coach through the Coaches Training Institute, and I hold a Masters in Training and Development from Lesley University. I often integrate assessments into my coaching, such as StrengthsFinder 2.0, the Enneagram and am certified in Myers-Briggs.  I also conduct workshops geared towards personal development, growth, productivity and creativity.
